Refund and Returns Policy – Nansey Emporium
Overview
At Nansey Emporium, your satisfaction means everything to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging, including any tags or seals.
- You’ll need to present a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your items back to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Intimate jewelry (e.g., earrings for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
- Custom or personalized items
- Perfumes that have been opened or used
- Health and personal care products
Partial Refunds May Be Granted (If Applicable)
- Items with visible signs of wear or damage not caused by us
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Items not in original packaging or missing parts
Refunds Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email or WhatsApp. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within a few working days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Recheck your bank account or mobile wallet.
- Contact your card provider or bank – refunds may take time to reflect.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, send us a message at nanseyemporium@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at 0207817830, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the item, a gift voucher will be sent to you.
If the gift wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver first, we’ll refund the original purchaser directly.
Return Shipping
To return an item, kindly ship it to:

(Exact location/address will be provided upon request)
- You are responsible for the shipping costs. These are non-refundable.
- If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- For your safety, we recommend using a trackable courier or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
